Guardiola attends Coldplay concert

I have once read in Aceto blog that Barcelona was listening to Coldplay in the team bus. I am not sure whether it was under Rijkaard or Guardiola. Anyway;
According to this blog Barcelona boss Josep Guardiola rccently went to Coldplay concert in Barcelona and just before the concert he was greeted by the viewers with standing ovation.
He was also seen singing along Fix You during the concert.
It will be a tough year for Guardiola as Barcelona is not that hungry for success this year. They will probably lose some games due to lack of concentration.
Too Shy
This blog hosted Bedük videos before and i wrote a lot about him. Too Shy is his latest video, a great song, nicely done video.Enjoy…
Michael Jackson tops the sales lists

I am really sad about the death of Michael Jackson. He has been one of the biggest pop icons ever and he will be missed in time. Even though he has been dealing many other things apart from the music in the last 10 years his fans have been bound to him. His rare concerts were sold out and he continued entertaining people despite his days full of problems.
After Jackson’s death his album sales hit skyrockets. The first 15 spots of amazon.com sales ranks in music is vacated by Jackson’s albums. You can click on the link to see for yourselves.
The concerts and documentary DVDs on him also sell a lot today. Top 5 of the DVD sales is now DVDs on Michael Jackson.
We can expect much more DVDs, documentaries and albums to come in the upcoming weeks. Michael Jackson was a profitable pop star now there is much more money to make money from his death.
By the way the first album i bought in my life was Dangerous by Michael Jackson.
Muse – New Born
This is the song used in UEFA Cup Final Ceremony in Istanbul. It made me shiver that night, the satisfaction i got from this huge task is simply priceless. I am tired but so happy.
Who is Bedük?

Me and Hasan interviewing Bedük
Today we interviewed with Bedük for Kirli Sepeti. We went to a place called Göktürk and i fell in love with the houses and neighbourhood down there.
I have known Bedük only with his videos. I have followed him since his second album and found him pretty successful. He preferred singing in English more than Turkish and this was a bold move for Turkish music market. However his music is very catchy and that helped him a lot in establishing his name.
Automatik video which was shot like a typical Turkish wedding became a big hit. It featured in some news programmes as well. Beduk followed that hype with Cornetto jingle “Gel Aşka”. He used some folkloric elements such as Kolbastı dance and Aşuk&Maşuk.
He was born in 1979 in Ankara. He studied science during high school. However selected graphic design in university. Playing instruments since he was 16 years old.
I believe that he has a bright future ahead of him. He is making his name in Europe slowly. If he continues to produce really good songs like these he will certainly be known worldwide.
Bedük – Better Than My Baby
Today we will be doing a program with Bedük. I will keep you posted about the interview later tonight.
By the way 14 days left to the final. Too busy.
Wrong – Depeche Mode Live
This is what Santral İstanbul will be like on 14 May. Depeche Mode coming to town once again. I am too busy to go there but it will surely be perfect.

The Saturdays
The Saturdays became very popular with Frankie Valli’s Beggin cover. After Pilooski’s edit this song encountered all kinds of brutality cause all the bands of the world wanted to cover it somehow.
The Saturdays is a new group. They were formed in 2007. Their first album was called Chasing Lights and two singles entered British charts from top 10.
They also covered Depeche Mode classic Just Can’t Get Enough for Comic Relief. The song entered the UK charts from second spot.
The band is formed of very beautiful ladies; Una Healy, Mollie King, Frankie Sanford, Vanessa White and Rochelle Wiseman.

Lilly Allen – Littlest Things
Lily Allen is soon to be the queen of scandals but some of her songs are really good and Littlest Things is one of them. I also like the song Not Fair from her last album.
Born on 2 May, 1985 Allen made her first breakthrough from Myspace. Her first album sold more 2,5 million copies. She still uses Myspace extensively to criticise media.
